2015Installation, Performance, Edition

The Strasbourg association Calme Gutenberg denounces the nocturnal disturbances caused by drunken passers-by who shout, sing, vomit, and engage in fights in the streets. I became interested in these nocturnal filmmakers, who remain hidden and observe with quasi-obsession every movement, dialogue, and disturbing chant. Through a series of performances, I occupied the space of the street in an attempt to reverse the plunging and threatening gaze by positioning myself as the subject of one of their videos.

DNSEP project. Performances and video installation, 20-minute loop + 2 editions compiled in a kraft envelope, 120 pages, 27x15 cm, screen-printed covers, 12 copies.
